These are the terms and conditions which Transport Training Academy (TTA) agrees to accept with regards to the booking of training. They represent the entire agreement between you and TTA.
Payment is required prior to the course for:
Businesses who have no trading history with Transport Training Academy
Private Individuals / MoD
To secure a booking, the above customers will be required to pay a deposit. This amount will vary depending on the course being booked.
For existing customers payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice.
Payment can be made by credit / debit card, cheque, cash or BACS.
Cheques should be made payable to ‘Transport Training Academy Ltd’.

TTA reserve the right to apply interest at a daily rate after the 30 days period – in line with the Bank of England Base Rate.
Any changes made by yourself to your existing booking may be subjected to a £15.00 administration fee.
A refund, less a £25 administration charge, will be made for cancellations received more than ten clear working days before the course commencement. This refund will be made via BACS transfer.
Cancellations received less than ten clear working days before the course commencement, will incur the course costs in full.
Cancellations or transfers received after the closing date for examination entries are liable in full for the examination costs.
If a learner fails to attend a course, the full cost is incurred.
We reserve the right to vary the location and/or the designated instructor of any course, but we ensure that alternatives are suitable for the requirement of the delivery and purpose.
In the event of TTA cancelling a course for insufficient attendance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control notice will be given and TTA will in full settlement of its liability to you, refund all payment made in full.
If an instructor attends a customer premises to conduct training and the premises/equipment are unsuitable then the full cost is incurred.
In the unfortunate event of using debt recovery, any costs involved will be added to the balance of the debt.
All course materials, documentation, course handouts and similar publications are subject to copyright owned by TTA and may not be reproduced in full or part without written consent of TTA. Should commercial customers require further copies of such documentation they should contact TTA who may be prepared to sell such copies to them at a further fee.
The names and details of attendees on all courses are confidential and we agree not to release such details of other attendees to a third party, other than those we are required to do so such as DVLA, DVSA and Awarding Bodies.
Reasonable care has been taken to ensure the written course material courses and the content of presentations is correct as at the date the material was written and produced. They take no account of update of law or practice beyond that date. Written material should not be relied upon, except by those who have attended a TTA course and should be read in conjunction with the instruction given at the course.
You are responsible for yourself, other learners and the course location provided whilst at TTA. You will indemnify TTA against any loss or damage or cost or claim incurred by the Academy as a result of your or their actions, behaviour or omissions. Any learner who behaves in a manner deemed by TTA to be disruptive to the course or to other learners may be excluded from the course and no refund of fees will be made.
TTA accept no liability for personal effects, motor vehicles or other items brough onto any such premise by you or your learners and you will indemnify TTA against any claim which may be made against TTA for their loss or damage.
